Polistes dominula differential expression analysis

This data set is part of the <em>Polistes dominula</em> genome project, and includes the results of the differential expression analysis described in (Standage <em>et al.</em>, <i>Molecular Ecology</i>, 2016). Specifically, the iLocus sequences used as input (.fa.gz), the genomic position of each iLocus (.gff3.gz), the raw results of the differential expression calls (EBSeq output, -all.tsv), and a table of the significant (FDR &lt; 0.05) calls are provided (-sig05.tsv).
