Gene expression analysis of Th-MYCN neuroblastoma tumours treated with CBL0137 and panobinostat

The aim of this experiment is to identify the changes in gene expression induced by CBL0137, panobinostat and their combination Overall design: The vehicle control, CBL0137, panobinostat, or the combination was given to homozygous Th-MYCN+/+ transgenic mice when spontaneous neuroblastomas developed to 5 mm in diameter in these mice. Three mice per group were included. CBL0137 was given intravenously at 40 mg/kg and panobinostat IP at 5 mg/kg one dose, and tumours were harvested 16 hours post treatment for RNA-seq.
