后EPB电子驻车制动钳集成了制动和驻车两种功能,是制动系统中重要组成部分之一,作为车辆中的安全件,其密封性能直接影响到整车的性能、甚至驾驶者和乘客的安全,通过对制动钳低压、高压和真空密封性数据的分析和研究,可以进一步的优化和改进制动钳的研发。同时也可以为整车厂提供本公司制动钳密封性的数据作为参考。1.数据采集:低压、高压和真空密封性检测在生产线上100%检测,并将检测后数据上传至系统自动记录。 2.数据检验:将快插接头插装到钳体进油孔上,用低压泄漏仪进行低压密封性检测:在0.29±0.05MPa气压下,充气5s,平衡5s,检测8s,放气2s,检测压力降;高压泄漏仪进行高压密封性检测:在7±0.5MPa气压下,充气5s,平衡8s,检测8s内泄漏值;真空泄漏仪进行真空密封性检测:将系统真空至绝对压力250±50Pa,平衡10s,检测20s内的压力升高值。每个产品必须进检测合格后下线,每生产一个产品产生一组数据。 3.数据处理:对采集得到的数据按照如下公式进行计算:低压泄漏系数=(200-低压泄漏值)/200;高压泄漏系数=(30-高压泄漏值)/30;真空泄漏系数=(200-真空泄漏值)/200。 4.数据分析:根据泄漏系数进行评级,泄漏系数≥0.9时,评级为优;0.9>泄漏系数≥0.8时,评级为良;0.8>泄漏系数≥0时,评级为合格;泄漏系数<0时,评级为不合格。

The Rear EPB (Electronic Parking Brake) caliper integrates both braking and parking functions, and is one of the critical components of the vehicle braking system. As a vehicle safety-related part, its sealing performance directly affects the overall vehicle performance, and even the safety of drivers and passengers. Analysis and research on the low-pressure, high-pressure and vacuum sealing performance data of the calipers can further optimize and improve the R&D of brake calipers, and also provide the company's brake caliper sealing performance data as a reference for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). 1. Data Collection: 100% inspection of low-pressure, high-pressure and vacuum sealing performance is carried out on the production line, and the tested data is uploaded to the system for automatic recording. 2. Data Inspection: Insert the quick-connect fitting onto the oil inlet hole of the caliper body, and perform the low-pressure sealing test with a low-pressure leak detector: inflate for 5s, balance for 5s, detect for 8s, and vent for 2s under 0.29±0.05MPa air pressure to measure the pressure drop. Perform the high-pressure sealing test with a high-pressure leak detector: inflate for 5s, balance for 8s, and detect the leakage value within 8s under 7±0.5MPa air pressure. Perform the vacuum sealing test with a vacuum leak detector: evacuate the system to an absolute pressure of 250±50Pa, balance for 10s, and detect the pressure rise value within 20s. Each product must pass the inspection before leaving the factory, and one set of data is generated for each produced product. 3. Data Processing: Calculate the collected data using the following formulas: Low-pressure leakage coefficient = (200 - low-pressure leakage value) / 200; High-pressure leakage coefficient = (30 - high-pressure leakage value) / 30; Vacuum leakage coefficient = (200 - vacuum leakage value) / 200. 4. Data Analysis: Grade the products based on the leakage coefficients: "Excellent" when the leakage coefficient ≥ 0.9; "Good" when 0.9 > leakage coefficient ≥ 0.8; "Qualified" when 0.8 > leakage coefficient ≥ 0; and "Unqualified" when the leakage coefficient < 0.
