Nitrite is an important contaminant that inhibits the survival, growth, and industrial development of Litopenaeus vannamei. Therefore, the aim of this study was to explore whether ISL could mitigate the harmful effects of nitrite exposure on L. vannamei by inhibiting the expression of CFTR or exerting its flavonoid bioactivity. Transcriptomic analyses of L. vannamei fed ISL diets revealed that AMPK and PI3K/Akt signaling pathways were significantly co-enriched.
