Molecular characterization of allergens and component resolved diagnosis of mango fruit allergy

The IgE mediated mango fruit allergy has increased dramatically in recent years in China. However, the current diagnosis with mango extract is not sufficiently sensitive, and mango allergen molecules are absent in the official IUIS database. This study aims to identify the mango fruit allergens, transcriptome and proteome of mango fruit were performed and used to predicate potential allergens.
