Metagenome or environmental sample from bioreactors with different temperature

Genomic DNA was extracted from 0.25 g of granular sludge samples from both reactors (20 C and 30 C) according to the manufacturer's protocol the sample of the inoculum was taken on day 11 and samples from the reactors on days 95 and 165. The samples were prepared according to the Allprep PowerViral DNA RNA kit manual. DNA concentration is used an Invitrogen Qubit fluorometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA) and sent for 16s rRNA and 18s rRNA sequencing analysis.
