Street Trees 2025

Overview This feature service provides detailed spatial information on street trees located near streets within the Cape Cod region. The data were collected and updated based on high-resolution aerial imagery acquired in Spring 2025, ensuring high positional accuracy suitable for planimetric mapping at a 1:40 scale. Feature Layers StreetTrees: This layer contains point locations of selected street trees with height attributes. Geographic Coverage The data covers the Cape Cod region as part of a project funded by the Cape Cod Commission and executed by Quantum Spatial, Inc. The imagery and resulting data reflect conditions present during the Spring 2025 growing season. Data Quality and Acquisition The collection employed four-band imagery (true color and near-infrared) taken under optimal conditions (leaf-off, snow-free, minimal shadows) with a ground sample distance of 7.5 cm. Horizontal positional accuracy adheres to a strict 0.38-meter NSSDA standard (95% confidence).
