Resting state fMRI data acquired on a cohort of triple transgenic mice for Alzheimer's disease-like pathology, 3xTGAD, and a cohort of controls.
Aim: to investigate the changes in resting-state network organization within the brain during pathology progression, in a preclinical setting.
Animals underwent scanning session at two time-points: 3 and 6 months of age.
One mouse presented hydrocephalic condition.
