资源简介:
De‑identified pupil‑level data used to analyse relationships among vertical jump (VJ), 20 m sprint, and 20 m shuttle‑run (MSFT) in Year 6 children (10–11 years) in Wales (UK). Variables include sex (boys = 1, girls = 0), age (years), predicted years from peak height velocity (PYFAPHV; years), BMI (kg·m⁻²), vertical jump height (cm; force‑platform Abalakov), 20 m sprint time (s; best of three, electronic timing), and MSFT performance (Level. Shuttle notation, e.g., 8.11). Files provided: CSV dataset and SPSS syntax replicating descriptives, bivariate/partial correlations (controlling BMI and PYFAPHV), the hierarchical regression testing the incremental value of MSFT beyond sprint/BMI/maturity (ΔR²), and sex‑stratified models. Data are fully de‑identified; no names, school identifiers, or test dates are included. Ethics: University HREC Ref. 251405/HR (Faculty of Life Sciences).
