Clusters of biochemical compounds determined by a hierarchical clustering algorithm.

For each cluster, we list structural categories characterizing the majority of the cluster members, and a cluster representative metabolite whose scope is identical to the consensus scope. Furthermore, the cluster size sclust, the consensus scope size scons as well as the parameter �� measuring quality of the clustering is given.
