资源简介:
RNA sequencing of mouse liver tissues 24 hours after Concanavalin A (Con A) administration. Overall design: Mouse liver tissues from Control (Ctrl), Con A, and Con A plus human Wharton's jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells (Con A + MSCs) (4 replicates for each group) were collected and sequenced to identify the differently expressed genes and related pathways. Con A was administrated at 15mg/kg body weight and MSCs were infused 30 mins after Con A administration.
