snpnet-Cox results

snpnet-Cox is an efficient solver for large scale and high-dimensional Lasso Cox regression problems with genetic predictors. Here we provide its output on 306 time-to-event phenotypes from UK Biobank. The names of the files are in the form (ukbcode).coefficients.tsv, where the ukbid is the UK Biobank code for the time-to-event phenotypes They contain the SNPs selected by snpnet-Cox as well as the corresponding coefficients. The file snpnetCox.map.tsv provides the number of cases and controls, the name, and the ICD 10 code of these phenotypes.We built an interactive app based on these results.
