Beyond rates: Time-varying dynamics of high frequency oscillations as a biomarker of the seizure onset zone

This data repository includes:

- Automatically identified HFO count data (HFO counts per second for Model 3, and qHFO counts per second for Models 1 and 2)- Standardized delta (1-4 Hz) power- Channel localization labels- Samples from posterior distributions for Model 2 (labeled 'model12' in this data)- Samples from posterior distributions for Model 3 (labeled 'model8' in this data)

Samples from posterior distributions for Model 1 are available upon request ([e-mail]). I could not upload them here due to the large sizes of the files.

Note that not all HFO / qHFO counts were used in the models because time blocks were not used that were within approximately 1 hour of a seizure.
