资源简介:
Experiment 1 Filter out comments about product functions or key features, and write four language materials according to 2 (valence: positive and negative) x 2 (sentence structure: positive and negative), with a structure of "no/no+positive/negative evaluation" affirmative or negative short sentences, excluding fixed vocabulary with negative tendencies (such as low-fat, low sugar, etc.). 754 people were scored on a 5-point scale based on their level of fluency, and 40 sets were ultimately determined. The scores of the four materials were 3.34 ± 0.18, 3.32 ± 0.12, 3.25 ± 0.11, and 3.33 ± 0.13, respectively, with no significant difference (F<1), meeting the experimental requirements. There are 4 language materials for each product, including affirmative positive (easy to use), negative positive (not easy to use), affirmative negative (difficult to use), and negative negative (not difficult to use), totaling 160 experimental sentences. Match the four materials with Latin squares to form four sets of experimental materials. Each set of materials consists of 40 groups, with 10 sentences each for positive affirmation, positive negation, negative affirmation, and negative negation. Experiment 2 Based on the 50 sets of candidate materials in Experiment 1, write positive and negative initial evaluations from the main functions and key features of the product. 210 people did not participate in the formal experiment to evaluate the fluency of language materials, and ultimately 40 were determined. There was no significant difference in fluency between positive (3.37 ± 0.33) and negative (3.28 ± 0.29) materials (t<1). The additional evaluation continues to use the experimental materials from Experiment 1, but with the addition of "use for a certain period of time", the first evaluation and additional evaluation are evaluated for different attributes, forming a composite review. Each product corresponds to 4 types of composite reviews, and the types and sentence structures of the composite reviews are matched with Latin squares, randomly divided into 8 sets of materials. In each set of materials, there are 40 groups of materials, including 5 each of positive positive positive affirmation (PP affirmation), positive negative negation (PP negation), positive negative affirmation (PN affirmation), positive negative negation (PN negation), negative positive affirmation (NP affirmation), negative positive negation (NP negation), negative negative affirmation (NN affirmation), and negative negative negation (NN negation).
