资源简介:
In this study, WIDF treatment significantly ameliorated intestinal dysbiosis in constipated mice, including Bacillus, Parvibacter, norank_f_norank_o__39, Anaerofustis and Norank_f__Oscillospiraceae were restored, and some short-chain fatty acids-producing bacteria were significantly increased, such as Akkermansia, Faecalibaculum, norank_f__norank_o__Clostridia_UCG-014 and Christensenellaceae_R-7_group. Among the dominant bacteria with significantly increased WIDF, only Bacillus was strongly associated with all indicators of defecation parameters. These results indicated that WIDF could modulate gut microbiota dysbiosis, in which Bacillus may be a key target of WIDF for constipation relief.
