Kennisproducten Communicatie en Participatie bij Chronische Afasie (COPACA)

This series of knowledge products arises from the research project 'Communication and Participation in Chronic Aphasia' (COPACA). Various types of knowledge have been acquired within COPACA: experiential knowledge, professional knowledge and scientific knowledge. This knowledge has been translated into (knowledge) products that are made available to important stakeholders, such as: people with aphasia and their loved ones, aphasia therapists, speech therapists and fellow researchers.

Deze reeks kennisproducten komt voort uit onderzoeksproject 'Communicatie en Participatie bij Chronische Afasie' (COPACA). Binnen COPACA zijn uiteenlopende soorten kennis opgedaan: ervaringskennis, professionele kennis en wetenschappelijke kennis. Deze kennis is vertaald naar (kennis)producten die beschikbaar worden gesteld voor belangrijke betrokkenen, zoals: mensen met afasie en hun naasten, afasietherapeuten, logopedisten en collega-onderzoekers.
