Whole genome sequencing dataset of 200 trio families from the CHILD cohort study.

This whole genome sequence dataset of 200 trio families (600 samples) is a population control cohort from CHILD cohort study. CHILD is the largest multidisciplinary, longitudinal, population-based birth cohort study in Canada and is designed to be one of the most informative studies of its kind in the world. The samples were sequenced on the HiSeqX platform. The dataset will facilitate discovery of medically relevant variants for a wider variety of studies in human disease and health by helping to further catalogue variation in control populations, and also to establish baseline tempo and modes of mutation.
