Ressourcenberatung in der Integrativen Supervision – Ein Interventionsmodell Counseling of resources in the Integrative Supervision. A model of intervention

Im vorliegenden Text wird das Interventionsmodell Ressourcenberatung in der Integrativen Supervision vorgestellt. Entlang von sieben Definitionen von „Ressourcen“ werden Konzepte einer Integrativen Ressourcentheorie, das Integrative Modell des Ressourcengebrauchs sowie praxeologische Ansätze für Ressourcenassessment und Ressourcenberatung entwickelt. Ausführungen zur Ressourcenberatung als Beitrag zur Identitätsarbeit und ihre Relevanz als Interventionsmodell runden die Arbeit ab. This text illustrates the model of intervention counseling of resources in the Integrative Supervision. Along seven definitions of „resources“ concepts of the integrative theory of resources, the Integrative Model of use of resources and praxeological ideas about assessment of resources and counseling of these are developed.
