One can use online learning tools to acquire a modern understanding of language acquisition. This research found that language learning using traditional methods is less effective, so they try to use gamified language learning methods to increase their effectiveness. This research examines the benefits of incorporating gamification techniques into online language learning to improve foreign language acquisition. A purposive sample method was used to collect data. The questionnaire was designed using Google Forms and shared through social media. The participants who voluntarily agreed to participate in this research were those who filled out the survey. In April 2024, the data was collected from a group of 400 participants who were utilizing gamified Duolingo and Beelingua applications for online language learning. The respondents were selectively drawn from Jakarta, Tangerang, Depok, Bogor, and Bekasi (area of cities in Indonesia). Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a method used to check and improve conceptual models as well as establish relationships between variables. With SMART PLS the data was analyzed  to evaluate and refine conceptual models by examining connections among variables. The results provide evidence that student motivation and engagement can increase relational when they have confidence in the efficiency of the gamification platform as a way of enhancing their language skills in an online learning environment.
