资源简介:
Data Library and analysis code for Bryson et al 2023 J. Neural Eng. 20 046015 DOI 10.1088/1741-2552/ace552
ReadMe of the dataset is within the pulseLibrary subfolder of data. In short, the provided data are individual waveform responses for every participant at every electrode location tested, and motor thresholds of each muscle at each electrode. More details in data/pulseLibrary/ReadMe.md
The code directory contains analysis code to batch process individual subjects, generate individual subject figures, and do group-level analysis as seen in the original publication. Note that these are the raw files generated, not the final versions. Only single-subject data is included; to perform group analysis, you must first run the single_subject_batch_process script. Some warnings may be thrown due to versioning issues with Python packages. I wrote the original code years ago and only recently created this condensed dataset and the compatibility layer necessary. As of now, the code works from Python3.8 to Python 3.13. Be sure to run all code as is from the project root directory; relative pathing is set up from this working directory. These field are editable in the running scripts themselves. Since this analysis pipeline is reverse engineered from an aggregate dataset, and not the true initial data pipeline, a few functions may not work. All classes and functions invoked in the three provided scripts have been tested on Windows11 and MacOS and will reproduce the analysis in the manuscript out of the box. Cheers,NB
