Drosophila pseudoobscura and Drosophila affinis Y-replacement lines raw sequence reads

This study characterizes the differences between Y chromosome variants in the D. pseudoobscura group at the cytological, molecular, and sequence levels. A major goal of this study is to understand the role of repetitive elements in Y chromosome evolution. Data includes genomic DNA, H3K9me3 ChIP, and total stranded RNA from head/brain tissues and Oxford Nanopore from whole body tissue.
