RNA sequencing of skin samples from healthy volunteers and from HS and AD patients treated with KT-474

Skin biopsies were collected from healthy volunteers and from lesions of atopic dermatitis (AD) and hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) patients pre-treatment and after 28 days of treatment with KT-474, a selective IRAK4 degrader. This data was collected as part of a Phase 1 trial to assess safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and clinical activity (ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT04772885).
