The complete chloroplast genome of a wild plum (Prunus sp.) from Mount Erciyes, Central Anatolia, Turkey, was sequenced and annotated. The plastome (157,840 bp) exhibits a typical quadripartite structure with 125 genes and shows close phylogenetic affinity to European plum (P. domestica). This genomic resource contributes to understanding plum domestication and the genetic diversity of wild Prunus populations.
