UGM Performance Contract Dataset

This dataset contains a curated collection of Performance Contracts (Perjanjian Kinerja) of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) for the years 2018–2025. These documents constitute a core component of the Indonesian Government Performance Accountability System (SAKIP), as mandated by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform. Under Indonesia’s Public Information Disclosure Act (Law No. 14/2008, Article 9 Paragraph 2), these documents are categorized as Information That Must Be Made Available at All Times (DIP-A) and are therefore public.

The dataset is intended to support:

policy research in higher education governance,

institutional performance analysis,

AI/RAG development for public-sector knowledge systems, and

transparency, reproducibility, and evidence-based decision making.
