With the continuous consumption of limited phosphate rock resources and the increasing importance of green and sustainable development, in order to make full use of these P-dissolving microorganisms, it is particularly important to prove their P-dissolving mechanism. However, the mechanism of P dissolution in microorganisms is currently controversial, and the rapid development of the current genome and other technologies provides an effective means to resolve this controversy. Therefore, the focus of this study was to investigate the mechanism of P-solubilization from the genome levels by whole-genome sequencing of P-solubilizing microorganisms isolated from the rhizosphere soil of Torreya grandis.
