Data from the manuscript "Breeding phenology of a threatened frog species using eDNA and automatic acoustic monitoring"

- "data_acoustic.csv": hourly acoustic data (overall maximum number of calling male chorus frogs and number of calling male chorus frogs recorded by each songmeter A, B and C) - "IPC plate 1.ddpcr" and "IPC plate 2.ddPCR": Internal positive control raw data generated by the QX200 droplet digital PCR reader and associated software (QX Manager 1.2 Standard Edition)."Sample Description 1" column indicates the name used during fieldwork, "Sample Description 2" column indicates the sample name used in the manuscript (i.e. matching with the Figure 1 of the manuscript). - "sample plate 1.ddpcr", "sample plate 2.ddpcr","sample plate 3.ddpcr": raw data of 56 eDNA samples, positive and negative controls generated by the QX200 droplet digital PCR reader and associated software (QX Manager 1.2 Standard Edition). "Sample Description 1" column indicates the name used during fieldwork, "Sample Description 2" column indicates the sample name used in the manuscript (i.e. matching with the Figure 1 of the manuscript). - ".ab1" files are the cytb Sanger sequencing chromatograms and sequences of i) the 2021 water samples for assay validation (Bracken marsh locales 1 to 3; Cecil Graham Park locales 1 and 2, Old Mill Road locales 1 to 3, Round field marsh), ii) one <em>Pseudacris maculata</em> sample used as positive control (macPC), iii) two <em>Pseudacris triseriata </em>individuals (CF14 and CF56), iv) "12R4" is a positive 2022 eDNA sample (12L3 in the manuscript, see Figure 1).
