<p>Understanding the relationship between tree diversity and pest invasions is of critical importance both to the theoretical understanding of invasion ecology and to the development of effective pest management practices to mitigate the enormous damages caused by nonnative pests.  The county-level pest diversity and native host and non-host diversity and biomass data presented here can be used to study the facilitation and dilution effects of native tree diversity on pest invasion.</p> <p>For more information and analyses related to the dataset, please refer to the following publication:</p> <p>Guo, Q., S.
