Source Data for: "Viscosity triggers a mechanochemical state-switch in human sperm motility"

This repository contains the comprehensive source data underlying all figures and statistical analyses presented in the associated manuscript. It provides quantitative measurements of human sperm flagellar kinematics across a physiological to high-viscosity range (1 to 36 mPa·s). The dataset includes CNN-predicted 3D spatial coordinates, FWHM calibration matrices, prediction error distributions, and detailed spatial evolution profiles of the first-order Fourier mode (curvature amplitude and unwrapped phase) for sperm exhibiting distinct mechanochemical states (Mode 1 and Mode 2). Provided primarily in .mat format, these aggregated matrices and parameters ensure full transparency and reproducibility of the biophysical modeling and kinematic comparisons discussed in the study.
