PubMed PICO Element Detection Dataset

This dataset is a benchmark for PICO element detection in biomedical abstracts. Evaluations of this dataset were conducted using ten-fold cross-validation. The proposed model achieved significant improvements in the F1 scores of P, I and O elements. The objective of this task is to detect PICO elements.
