FZStats V1.0 Operation Data

This dataset is derived from Landsat thermal infrared band 10 data, from which land surface temperature (LST) was retrieved and subsequently normalized using min-max scaling. The spatial coverage corresponds to Path 116 and Row 31 of the Worldwide Reference System (WRS). All scenes are Tier 1 (T1) data, representing the highest quality level. The dataset includes 12 temporal observations collected between 2014 and 2023, with acquisition dates as follows: May 30, 2014; March 14, September 22, and December 27, 2015; March 22 and October 16, 2018; May 30 and December 8, 2020; and March 20, June 24, September 28, and December 25, 2023.

This dataset provides a comprehensive record of land surface temperature variations across multiple seasons and years within the study area. Notably, it includes observations from the same calendar date in different years (e.g., May 30 in both 2014 and 2020), enabling comparative analyses and facilitating research on the spatiotemporal dynamics and long-term trends of land surface temperature.In addition, the dataset includes a shapefile of geothermal hotspots (e.g., hot springs and thermal wells), which can be used to validate the accuracy of land surface temperature retrievals, analyze thermal anomaly patterns, and support geothermal resource assessment.
