RNAseq of brain and muscle from Nadk2 and Pla2g6 mutant mice at early and late phenotypic time points

RNA sequencing for differential gene expression analysis was performed from brain and muscle of Nadk2 mutant mice and littermate controls at 5 and 11 weeks of age, and in Pla2g6 mutant mice and littermate controls at 6 and 13 weeks of age, representing early stage and late stage phenotypic time points.
