Bacterial sequences of Camellia oleifera root

The role of the microbial communities associated with Camellia oleifera Abel has been neglected despite the growing interest in plant microbiota. To better understand the key areas of soil-root-microbial interaction, we used Illumina HiSeq to investigate the species composition, diversity, and potential functions of root-associated bacterial communities in C. oleifera.
