3D models of the human scapula and humerus with defined anatomic landmarks

This repository contains 3D models of the human scapula and humerus (*.stl) derived from computed tomography (CT) scans, with spreadsheets (*.csv) detailing demographics and spatial coordinates of a limited set of anatomic landmarks. The models were taken from a convenience sample and include over 200 shoulders, with a mix of healthy and pathologic anatomies.
