Control and CRISPR-Cas9 targeted baculovirus (p6.9GFP rBEV) genomes, upon plasmid-based delivery of sgRNA into Sf9-Cas9 cells, were extracted and sequenced via tiled-amplicon sequencing. Variant analysis of the tiled-amplicon sequenced control and targeted p6.9GFP rBEV genomes was performed to confirm CRISPR mutations. Variant analysis of the shotgun sequenced p6.9GFP rBEV stock was also performed to investigate variant conservation upon viral propagation in insect cell culture.
