miRNA profiling in URSA patients and control subjects

A total of 39 miRNAs were either up- or down- regulated by at least 1.5-fold and P value< 0.05 in the RSA, including 20 up-regulated miRNAs and 19 down-regulated miRNAs Total RNA was extracted from PBMCs using TRIzol (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA). The genome-wide analysis of miRNA expression in URSA patients (n= 3) and normal pregnancy subjects (n= 3) were performed using Human miRNA, Release 21.0 (8*60K, Design ID:070156).
