Data from "Potential Impacts of Climate Change on the Ecoregions of India"

This dataset contains cluster analysis results for the country of India from the draft manuscript “Potential Impacts of Climate Change on the Ecoregions of India” by The Authors. Provided here are GeoTIFF files produced from the cluster analyses shown in the manuscript as Figures 2, 7, 8, and 9. In addition, the centroid values are provided here as text files (seeds.out.*) corresponding to Tables 1, 2, and 3 in the manuscript.

In the names of files included here, the term “case1” refers to the present-day data. The present-day maps in Figure 8(a) (Figure-8-clusters_30s_bioc_present+future_India_only_case1_20.tif) and 9(a) (Figure-9-clusters_30s_bioc_present+future_India_only_case1_20.tif) are identical.
