This repository contains the data supporting the study titled Mass changes of the Antarctic Peninsula ice sheet and peripheral glaciers, 2007–2021 from Bernat et al. (https://doi.org/10.5194/egusphere-2026-729). The processing of the data deposited in the repository is detailed in the mentioned study.
The repository contains the following files :
Elevation change maps in .tif format- dhdt_map_AP_2007_2021_obs_30m.tif : The elevation change rate map obtained from observations at 30 m spatial resolution (SPOT5-HRS versus REMA DEMs).- dhdt_map_AP_2007_2021_interpolated_30m.tif : The elevation change rate map obtained from observations and interpolation at 30 m spatial resolution (SPOT5-HRSversus REMA DEMs).- dhdt_map_AP_2007_2021_corrected_30m.tif : The elevation change rate map obtained from observations and interpolation at 30 m spatial resolution (SPOT5-HRSversus REMA DEMs), corrected for Firn Air Content (FAC), Glacial Isostatic Adjustment (GIA) and Elastic Rebound (ELR).- dhdt_map_AP_2007_2021_FAC_100m.tif : The FAC correction applied to obtain the corrected elevation changes.- dhdt_map_AP_2007_2021_GIA_100m.tif : The GIA correction applied to obtain the corrected elevation changes.- dhdt_map_AP_2007_2021_ELR_900m.tif : The ELR correction applied to obtain the corrected elevation changes.
Mean elevation changes in .csv format- results_SIL20_AP_2007_2021 : The glacier-wide variables are indicated for each glacier from Silva et al. (2020) outlines and are described below. > area_tot_km2 : glacier area in square kilometers> ratio_obs_tot : ratio between the observed area and the total area, no unit> dhdt_corr(myr-1) and final_unc_dhdt_(myr-1) : mean ice elevation change rate and associated uncertainty in m/yr> dhdt_(myr-1) : mean elevation change rate in m/yr> dhdt_obs_err_(myr-1)_W : mean observed elevation change uncertainty weighed by the observed area ratio in m/yr> dhdt_interp_err_(myr-1)_W : mean interpolated elevation change rate uncertainty weighed by the interpolated area ratio in m/yr> dFACdt_(myr-1) and std_FAC_(myr-1) : mean FAC elevation change rate and associated uncertainty in m/yr> dFACdt_GEMB_(myr-1), dFACdt_IMAU_(myr-1), dFACdt_GSFC_(myr-1) and dFACdt_MAR_(myr-1) : mean FAC elevation change rate for each firn densification model individually in m/yr> GIA_(myr-1) and std_GIA_(myr-1) : mean GIA elevation change rate and associated uncertainty in m/yr> GIA_Peltier_(myr-1), GIA_Caron_(myr-1) and GIA_Whitehouse_(myr-1) : mean GIA elevation change rate for each model individually in m/yr> elastic_rebound_(myr-1) : mean elastic rebound elevation change rate in m/yr> dMdt_corr(Gtyr-1) : mass change rate in Gt/yrfinal_unc_dMdt_(Gtyr-1) : mass change rate uncertainty in Gt/yr
