Soil bacterial community structure and influencing factors in different forest types of the subalpine region on the eastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau

The soil bacterial community plays a crucial role in terrestrial ecosystems. However, the impact of regional climate and soil properties on the composition and functional structure of soil bacterial communities across different vegetation types has been inadequately assessed. This study investigates the composition of soil bacterial communities in mixed coniferous-broadleaved forests and coniferous forests across ten study sites on the eastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau.
