资源简介:
Elevated CO2 as a typical phenomenon of climate change has exerted a non-negligible impact on microorganisms in ecosystems. A growing number of studies found that elevated CO2 exerted direct effects on microorganisms in the exclusion of plants. The lake-shore zone, as a critical site for recognizing global climate change, experiences periodic water-level fluctuations that subject sediments to varying degrees of inundation, profoundly affecting the sediment micro-environment. However, the direct effects of elevated CO2 on the functional microorganisms in lake-shore sediments with different flooding conditions have remained unexplored.
