Identification of the YAP1-MAML2 fusion-regulated genes in ovarian cancer ES-2 cells

Gene expression profiling was conducted to identify genes affected by shRNA targeting MAML2 in ovarian cancer ES-2 cells compared to scrambled shRNA control cells. The study included two groups of ES-2 cells: one transduced with pLKO.1 lentiviruses expressing shRNA targetingMAML2 (to knock down YAP1-MAML2 fusion and MAML2 proteins), and the other with nontargeting control shRNA. Each group had two biological replicates. Cells from each group were cultured independently, and RNAs were subsequently harvested for RNA-seq analysis.
