E-values >1.0e-5 are highlighted in pink.<br><b>DPANN_ref_annotations_flagged:</b> Annotations of interest that were flagged as inconsistent during curation and are not included in the final metabolism summary. The reasoning for each removal is explained in the Notes column.<br>
