资源简介:
Recent studies have shown that the occurrence and the host range of Botryosphaeriaceae family members varies largely, a fact that could change the way we consider their epidemiology. Of course, knowledge about fungal diversity is highly dependent of the current research and/or agronomical interests and could be under-evaluated in the case of Botryosphaeriaceae species, especially those colonizing asymptomatic tissues and woody species of non-agronomical interest. This study investigates the fungal endophytic species colonizing different tree species, namely grapevines, oaks and pines and aim to understand their diversity and their structuration according to their host and to the presence of symptoms.
