Gene expression profiling of aortic tissue from WT and CD4-KLF10-KO mice injected once with the AAV-PCSK9D377Y gain-of-function transgene and placed on high cholesterol diet. 8 weeks old CD4-specific KLF10 knockout mice (TKO) and WT male mice were intraperitoneally injected once with the AAV-PCSK9D377Y gain-of-function transgene and placed on high cholesterol diet for 12 weeks ad libitum to develop advanced atherosclerotic plaques. Aortic tissue was harvested and RNA-Seq analysis was performed using Illumina HiSeq2500 V4 2x150 bp (Genewiz, South Plainfield, NJ).
