Protein acetylation profiling of Klebsiella pneumoniae wild type and acyT knockout mutant by DIA-based proteomics

This dataset contains raw LC–MS/MS data acquired by data-independent acquisition (DIA) from Klebsiella pneumoniae wild type (WT) and acyT knockout (ΔacyT) strains. The study aimed to identify proteins and lysine sites whose acetylation depends on the acyT gene. A total of six biological samples were analyzed (three replicates per genotype).
