High Quality Honey Bee Dataset

Honey bee datasetThe dataset contains 157,529 high quality images of centred and cropped honey bees from video data.

The data is contained in the third level as .jpg files. A .csv file contains the x and y coordinates of the cropped bee in the original video file.
Capturing procedureEach individual was recorded for 5 minutes. Trajectories were broken when the individual was close to the edge of the image, making it impossible to capture the centre of the image.
