Porcine 60K SNP genotypes for F2 and Sutai pigs

The tarred file "Porcine 60K SNP genotype of F2 and Sutai pigs.zip" contains 3 PLINK format files (.map and .ped). The first file "SNP60K_positions.map" gives the positions of 62163 SNPs (from the Illumina's Porcine SNP60 Beadchips) according to the Sscrofa10.2 assembly.The second file "F2_genotypes.ped" contains these SNPs genotypes for 939 F2 individuals derived from the White Duroc×Erhualian (WE) resource population. The third file "Sutai_genotypes.ped" contains these SNPs genotypes for 434 Sutai pigs.
