B038-2, B057-1, B057-3, B067-2, B099-1, B099-3, B099-5 Data includes: DPgrams for each mouse (dpgrams.csv) Averaged click ABR waveforms for each mouse (click_waveforms.csv) Averaged conventional ABR for each mouse (conv_abr_waveforms.csv) Averaged interleaved ABR for each mouse (int_abr_waveforms.csv) Synapse counts for all frequencies for each mouse (synapses.csv) Averaged RAM EFR PSD for each mouse (RAM_EFR_PSD.csv) Columns are as follows: tx - Rough categorization of treatment group (e.g., young, acute noise-exposed, etc.). animal_id - Unique subject identifier that can be used to align spreadsheets (all data is from the left ear only). frequency - Stimulus or cochlear frequency (e.g., EFR carrier frequency, ABR tone pip frequency, DPOAE f2 frequency, cochlear frequency for histology). For the ABR waveform files, the following columns are also included: level - Level of stimulus in dB SPL. timepoint - Timepoint of waveform relative to stimulus onset. signal - Amplitude of ABR waveform at corresponding timepoint. For the RAM EFR file, the following columns are also included: fc - Carrier frequency of RAM EFR fm - Modulation frequency of the RAM EFR For the synapses file: ribbons - Number of CtBP2 ribbons per IHC This data is made available under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International.
