File "Verdu_Carchano_Farinos_2024_Data_Arbitrage_STES.csv" contains, in addition to factors and characteristics specific to the equity offering and the issuing firm, the daily and aggregated returns of the proposed arbitrage strategies, as well as the abnormal returns estimated for each of the six relevant events studied.

File "Verdu_Carchano_Farinos_2024_Data_LTES.csv" contains the time series of the portfolios formed by the equity offerings studied, included according to different criteria, as well as the factors with which the different proposed models will be estimated.
