A dataset of mangrove forests distribution in Leizhou Peninsula during 2019-2023

This dataset uses Sentinel-2 constellation cloud free images, extracts coastal buffer zones, selects suitable scale segmentation images, and uses object-oriented random forest method to classify and extract mangrove forests shapefiles. Finally, threshold optimization is performed and organized. The dataset includes shapefiles of mangrove forests in nine districts and counties of Leizhou Peninsula in 2019, 2021, and 2023.
