With increasing strain, work hardening is a common phenomenon for most singlecrystal and polycrystalline metals, and occurs over a wide temperature range. To date, the explanation for evolution of dislocation structure of Ti alloy occurring at deformation with different strain rates has not been studied in detail. This constitutes the motivation behind this study.
